Shipping policy

all orders are placed directly with our supplier and shipped straight to your door, we don’t hold inventory in-house.

processing time: orders are placed with our supplier within 1–2 business days. our supplier’s warehouse operates Monday–Friday and typically ships within 48 business hours of the order being placed (an order placed Thursday will most likely ship the following Monday).

delivery time: please allow 5–10 business days for delivery after your order ships.

order updates: since our supplier doesn’t provide direct tracking access to customers, please reach out to reverie.esti@gmail.com anytime for an update on your order status.

shipping protection: optional shipping protection is available at checkout, which covers packages lost or damaged in transit. once a package is marked delivered, we and our supplier are unable to take responsibility for stolen packages — we recommend requiring a signature or shipping to a secure address if this is a concern.
